Baby shrimp food

I bought shirakura crystal shrimp baby food off amazon I have some babies and was wondering what others fed theirs or used a similar product it's a powder that hatches microorganisms for them to feed off of. Any help would be useful this is my first time.
3 gal
10 red crystal shrimp lots of babies
Sponge filter
Java moss
Other plants
Ph 7.4 ammonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrate 20
I am currently doing water chgs to bring that last number down

It sounds like you have happy shrimp!

One of the best things for baby shrimp is a mature tank. Lots of moss, not scrubbing the rocks and glass off. This allows many aufwuchs - microscopic foods to grow and supply baby shrimp with tiny nutrition.

I have heard people like the Shirakura Chi Ebi - baby shrimp food. Is that what you are using?
 
Bacter AE Micro Powder I what I use. I typically have java moss in the tank and I pour the mixture of Bacter AE over the java moss. keep the micro organisms growing on the java moss making it super easy for baby shrimps to eat off. almost a 100% survival rate,.
