Would a black tiger shrimp b ok for my tank

Shrimp like live plants. Esp Mosses.
Also Black Tigers aren't an easy Shrimp.

If you are new to Shrimp, start with Cherries. RCS are great and much easier.

Live plants, well cycled tank and you should do fine.

What kind of fish and how many ?

I think Shrimp would get eaten unless you get Amanos and they want plants also.

I agree that most shrimp other than amanos would probably be eaten by your fish.
