Are ghost shrimp aggressive? I want to add a shrimp with color to my tank now that I know my betta is nice with colored fish too.

Personally I don't think they are aggressive. Although people have mistaken some aggressive glass shrimp with ghost ones tho. So make sure you are getting the right one

I have ghost shrimp. I would not have them with a fish that tends to lay on the bottom. I don't think they would attack a live fish, but my ghost shrimp outcompete my puffer for food and even stand up to him. I have seen them attack, kill and devour many a snail. I put them in the tank to be food for the puffer, but they have turned out to be much tougher than I thought. They are an awesome cleaning crew, though. Nothing gets past them.

Mine end up being Betta/ADF food. I have heard stories of ghosts being aggressive to other shrimp. Ghosts are also pretty clear not colorful:
