So I'm planning on turning my current 16 gallon fully planted aquarium into a red rili shrimp only tank, right now there are cherry shrimp in the tank and I know that if the two shrimp are housed together they will interbreed. How can I get all the cherry shrimp out and make sure it's good for the rilis?

A quick snapshot, of course there are no fish in there though.

Put a big fat hungry fish in there for a week..

I'd prefer for them to be possibly still alive after, you know to make a quick buck ;)

I'd use a shrimp net to get as many as you can manually, then I'd probably put a betta in there for a few days and let him go to work... You can also vacuum them up.

I would just bait them. Use a clear small soda bottle with yummy food inside.

You can gently vacuum them up with a wider piece of tubing.
