We need more information in order to be able to help you. How big is the tank? What fish are in it? Do you know your ammonia, nitrite and nitrate levels?
It says you submitted pictures above, but none are visible. :(

The nitrate is fine, though extremely low which makes me wonder--Did you cycle your tank before introducing the fish? What are you testing your water with? Do you know your ammonia and nitrite levels as well?

Testing with paper stick from tetra

You need to buy the API liquid test kit. It is extremely accurate, and the strips tend to be inaccurate

Good morning this morning the tiger bards are looking more happy the swimming are round more the not hiding .when coming from work .I will testing the water again :)

Are you sure you tested your nitrAte and not your nitrIte? I feel like you could get high nitrite levels from a fungus or vice versa.

I will go and get me the testing set to day:)
