Hello guys can you tell me the ideal temperature for our new tank which is 125ltrs?

The temp should be around 78-82 degrees for all size tanks.

We had it too high. We put live rock in yesterday but our original heater broke so got a new one. The temp at min is at 86 but I have now turned the heat down. Will it damage the live rock being too warm or changing the temp?

Not at that temp as long as you lower it pretty soon.

I have turned it down soon as seen wot it should so fingers crossed it wont take too long to lower. Thanku
