75G startup

Today I finally filled my 75g with 50g of ro-di water after hours of rinsing the sand! Salt was added as well, Water still has a merky colour to it. HOB skimmer has already started pulling junk from the water.
The live rock that's in the tank now has to re-cure as it was previously dried. -I'll let things cycle for the next week or so, do a water change and add more cured live rock.

Will take pics tomorrow of what the water looks like and the collection cup

Okay woke up this morning, water still as cloudy and muky as it was last night.
The collection cup had about two inches of green tea like water in it.

Help Please!
