Another sump question?

I havent checked that because my ro unit is fairly new probably not more than four months old and I dont feel my water here is very dirty but that is a possibility What is acceptable for tds? 0? Does ro/di water need to be treated with anything like stress coat because I havent been doing that in thoughts that this should be pure water

Zero would be great. I would look to changing my filters with a TDS of 10. some folks change them before that. No. the R.O.D.I. water should be pure and not need any additives.

What about your lights? how old are the tubes/bulbs

I probably got my light in late march early april 2 14k 250 watt halides and I have had the gha for about 4 months now and just cant seem to beat it I can slow it down but cant get rid of it
