Clean-up Crew

I am thinking about adding more inverts to my clean-up crew. I have two crabs, a cleaner shrimp, a brittle star, and a sifting star. I also have four mexican turbos and about 20 little snails.

I was thinking about adding a hermit crab or two. I am used to the hermit crabs I see in the ocean and they also go on land. Do I need a area for these crabs to be on land or can the just live on the bottom?

they will be fine submerged all the time. remember that some hermits are not as reef friendly as others.
