Diamond goby care

Can anyone tell me about there experience on keeping a diamond goby?
Does the sand stay clean?

i've read that they can cause sand storms in your aquarium so i'm guessign yes they would keep it clean since the junk will be floating and eventually sucked up by your filtration system

i've seen one at full size at my local fish store, and they can get ugly once fully grown

Loved mine, he recently just died (head injury i think). Kept my sand very white and clean, I replaced him with a smaller long fin sandsifter right away and he is also doing an excellent job. The water might get a little murky for the first couple days as he builds a home but it will clear.

I had one a while back and loved to watch him work. Yes water can get murky especially with a lot of waterflow. Unfortunately mine tunneled himself into an early grave due to rocks moving from all the sand he took out from underneath them.
