Fish stuck in filter!

Well, on my Nuvo 16, I have a small Jawfish that must have jumped through a slot into the back chambers last night. I see him, but it's so narrow I can move my hand around. I drained the water to see if it helped, but I couldn't get to him. Any ideas?

Try using a net, be careful not to pinch or squish him.

PANIC!! lol no I had a similar problem this past weekend. I grabbed a measuring spoon that would fit in the small space and attached it to a metal hanger and scooped the screw out (i was changing my lights and dropped a screw in the last chamber of the biocube). You can probably do the same. Just make sure you wrap the hanger around the spoon about half way down so it becomes stiff.

Well, I finally got him. I drained the water from the over flow again, stuck the smallest net I had in it and used a spoon to get him out from underneath the part he was in.
