Future 75 Gallon Tank

So my LFS has some 75 gallon tanks that he says we can put down a deposit and pay out over a month.....but the one I want is 599$ and it only comes with lights,stand, and tank.....doesnt really seem worth it to me.......and I also found this on craigslist...

I need to sell my 75 gallon fishtank this week. It is currently set up with 3 saltwater fish 1 Percula clown and 2 blue damsels. It has an external canister filter and live sand as the substrate. I have various parts and extras. It has a basic black 2x4 stand and I have not been able to post photos yet as my camera is packed. I need this sold and picked up 100$
