gallons per hour

I just want to understand the concept..

If I have 3 powerheads running at 145g/h, 224g/h and 1590g/h.

Does this mean that my total water movement is running at 1959g/h

Is this sufficient for a 115 gallon tank?

I believe the general rule is 10x's the gallons of your tank but more flow is fine. So, yeah. Looks good.
