What could I grow in a 46 gallon with 5 watts per gallon supplied by a PC?

I have the same watts per gallon in my tank. Check out my tank where it says view my tank in the sig and you`ll get a good idea. In general I`d say soft corals and LPS and some of the lower light SPS corals.

I agree, most softies and LPS corals will do just fine.
