Good buy? CL 29g biocube

I recently found this post on craiglist. I am not sure whether or not I should take it. It is a 29g bio cube that comes with a stand, salt, sand, a heater and a pump.


Though it does not include lights. The person wants $200 for it.

What other questions should I ask besides if it is leaking?

Also, is there anyway to tell if it is the HQI model?

i would say he is asking to much, espeically without lights.

Any idea how much I should pay? Or should I just get a new tank?

Edit: I decided I should just buy the tank brand new. Would the lights from a HQI support SPS and hard SPS?

That comes with the 150w metal halide lighting correct ? If so I would believe so but I am also far from a lighting expert
