Help identify

What is this little guy? I just started cycling this tank and he came out of the live rock. Good, bad, opinions?

Looks like Bristle worm. Harmless scavenger, I have like 3 or 4 in my tank. Don't touch it tho, those spinney things on their side hurt I heard.

Could be a bristleworm or Star. Right now, from looking how the arm angles in I think it's a star.
