Help with 4 week results

Want to add my algae pack on Tuesday and wanted some input on my four week cycle results. Add or wait?

PH= 8.0 (lights only running 1 -2 hours per day for cycle)
Ammonia = 0 ppm
P04 = .2 p.p.m (another week for adding calurpa in fuge)
NO3 = 5.0 ppm
NO2 = 0 ppm
CA = 400
SG = 1.025
Temp = 79.8 - 80.2

looks like your water is ready. what live stock is in or will be in? you'll need something to keep suplying ammonia to keep the bacteria around.
