HOB overflow

I am looking at purchasing a HOB overflow rated for up to 600gph and I have a return pump that is rated for 425 GPH? Will this cause a problem?

Here is a link to both items:

Overflow

Filtration - Overflow

Pump

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Also how should I do the plumbing to prevent overflowing? Any good links to YouTube videos?

I think that would be ok but I am no expert at this, I would install a check valve, on youtube bulk reef supply shows you how to install a herby method.

there is a few things I personally do not like about the overflow, it does not look like it is adjustable and this may be an issue since why it is a siphon. you may be better off spending a little extra money and getting a better overflow. the pump seems like it will be okay but doesn't give a ton of info on it.

I would just make sure its adjustable, eshopps makes a decent one you could go with the nano or get the 300.
