The light I have came w my tank.. It's got 2 different bulbs but isn't where u can have only one on at a time.. Is this ok to have it on all time?

Not really all the time but what kind of bulbs? I'm assuming it's fulrescent so maybe 10hours max! May stress out fish. Any fish in? If fish less cycle then yes if you got plants you could.

And no fish are in it.. It's my 55 gallon SW tank that's still in cycle

I'm not a SW expert but I would keep the lights on if you have coral and other live stuff on it will help them. Once you had fish don't keep light on as much.

It's a dual t5ho fixture. Leave it off when cycling and 8-12hrs when you have coral. It's normal for t5 fixtures to turn on 2 bulbs at a timr
