Removing dust from water

It together a 20 gal with crushed coral (rinsed prior to adding) and live sand. After 3 days, water remains full of dust particles. I added clarifier, and a second filter element and still the same. HELP!!!!

use a HOb filter with some filter floss. it's not uncommon to have to wait up to a week before it's clear.
