Removing Glass Anemone--Aiptasia

So, I found a seemingly nice set up on CL that is nicely priced. It is a whole system that will fit my needs well. I kinda wanted to start from the ground up, but this might be more economical. Here's the link....

I am concerned about the glass anemone issue. Anyone have experience with this? Can I get rid of them, or am I going to end up like the seller and trying to dump everything in a few years after pulling out all my hair.....
