I Just installed a rodi system with tank. And water is always draining from the drain line. Does it ever stop draining?

If you are referring to the waste line...No. it will drain at approx 3-4 times the output of the "good" water. Use the waste water to clean clothes, water plants, fill pool, etc.

It will stop draining if your tank is full and you are not pulling anymore water through your output hose. At least mine is setup that way. It only releases the drain water when the tank is filling back up or I am pulling a trickle stream of water through the output.
