sand storm sos

Okay, base rock in (LR to follow soon, I hope) and sand added slowly via sinking bowl. However, I still ended up with a bit of a sand storm in the tank. Water is still cloudy, after 4 hours.
How long will this last? I have everything shut off. Should I keep skimmer and PH off till everything seems to settle?

Could last a few hours or a few days, according to a lot of factors, no biggie though, just let it settle. Good luck.

You can, but I doubt you'll see any noticable differance till tomarro. At least thats how long it normally took for my tanks to calm down after setting them up. Probably just need to sit back and think of something else for a little bit.

mine took 4 or 5 days when i first set up my 20G. XD I added sand after the water .... yea... i was dumb lol
