Temp is 80 degrees

Tank has a few shrimp crabs and 2 blue damsels. 28 lbs of LR. But temp holds at 80 degrees even all day and night. It's a 28g jbj nanocube. The lights don't raise the temp. I think it's the two pumps running all if the time.
Waiting to add anything to see if I need a chiller buy like I said it doesn't fluctuate at all just 80 on the nose.
Thoughts?

i run mine at 80,but I'm breeding.Try a fan blowing onto the water.I'd be surprised if it was the pumps maybe a defective heater?

Thanks. No heater in tank pulled it out. Lighting is led. But I have 1 1200 max jet pumps going.
