Yet another Noob Lighting Question.

I plan on Purchasing these lights for my 75g http://www.marinedepot.com/md_viewItem.asp?idproduct=CU01016
and on top of that I already have a 40w Strip Light that is built into my canopy that I will also be using. My Question is will this be enough light to support almost any Softies and maybe some LPS. I just dont want to buy something and have to upgrade.

I have read and heard that you need 3 to 5 watts per gallon with high light corals and clams being on the very high end. I personnally have 7.25 watts per gallon but my tank is a little taller than most.
