1.5G Shrimp / OR SOMETHING tank

I have an extra little 1.5g cube..

What should I do?

I'm thinking... substrate(obviously), one live plant in the middle, maybe some moss or floater plant and some shrimp.

I'd like to keep it filterless if possible.

What should I do?!
