75g Cycling Question

Hey I threw 2 shrimp in a filter bag to start the cycle. About 3 days ago. Was this enough shrimp for the 75g and when should I start to see some ammonia?

Funny u ask... yes they were raw... but after being in my tank for a bit they have turned pleasantly red. lol.

LOL... my tank use to smell crisp and clean and now smells like a**... YESSS..
