Hello. I'm new to fish keeping but seem to pick it up quite quickly. The only problem I'm unsure of is whether I'm overstocked and need a larger tank. I've a 20 gallon with two HOB filters (filtering 220 ltrs an hour). All water parameters are spot on.

The tank is shocked with 7 Neon Tetra, 6 Harlequin Raspora, 4 Danio, 1 baby plec, 3 peppered Cory, 2 panda Cory, and a talking Cat. There are also 6 Amano shrimp and two Giant fan shrimp.

They all seem happy enough with plenty of swim space. Question is - am I overstocked???

Yes you are. The amount of waste in there must be so Hi. Are you checking your water parameters? What are your Ammonia, Nitrite and Nitrate readings?

I wouldn't say you're overstocked. That sounds about right for a stock of a 20g. I wouldn't add any more though.

Depending on the type of pleco? I'd say you're right on the cusp, with great tank maintenance it's should be fine..
