cichlid over crowding and wayer problems

I have a 55 gallon wide tank and I have it over stocked to stop aggression I have all juvinile fish and I have 5 different types of peacock a red devil 2 Texas cichlids and 2 Africans and I have a fluval c4 40 to 70 gallon filter set on the highest setting what do i dl to reduce my cloudyness I do like 30% water changed bi weekly help pleaseee

Firstly your stock list needs some serious work, allot of incompatible fish. Secondly youll need todo more than 30% bi-weekly more 30-50% every couple of days.
