Fish Questions

I am looking at getting a 15 gallon tank:

And i fell in love with two types of Fish:
Scarlet Badis
Elassoma Gilberti

SO this is what i was thinking for my 15 gallon tank,
3 male Scarlet Badis
2 Elassoma Gilberti
2 Blue Velvet Shrimp
2 Crystal Red Shimp
3 Zebra Snails

So, i guess that my questions are:

Is this too much for this tank?

Will the Scarlet and the Elassoma get along?

Is there any other issues with this setup?

Is that too many shrimp? Should i just go with the Blues?
