Gh too high, even for cichlids?

My convicts are hiding, though there's no sign of disease. My reading are as follows: ammonia, nitrites:0. Nitrates:10. Ph:8. Kh: 10, or 200 ppm. Gh:25, or 450. I'm worried the gh is too high. Any feedback? And what do I do to fix the problem?
 
Wow! I thought my water was hard, yours is like liquid rock!!

My Gh is 200ppm out of the tap. I've been cutting it with reverse osmosis water at 50% to bring it down to 100.

Distilled water would work too.

There are some filtration methods but I don't know much about those. Hopefully someone else will help.

You should post this question in the Cichlid Forum and you'd get a lot more help from people who have these fish.
