Goldfish Food

I am 0/3 with my fantail goldfish in my first week. They all died. I feel like I have been very conscientious with conditioning the water and testing the water and changing the water and matching the temperature of the water.

I'm wondering if it is the food. I have been giving my goldfish TetraPro Goldfish Crisps. It's what the guy at the pet store handed me. It says it is for goldfish, but I'm wondering if maybe it is for much bigger goldfish in a pond or something?

What size is the tank and what are the parameters?

Did u cycle the tank? If not, DO NOT ADD more fish until you have cycled
