How many tanks do you keep?

Wow, you guys all sound really efficient. With just two tanks I feel like I spend about 2 hours a week on maintenance, which is fine. But I'm intimidated by the thought of adding a bigger tank and never seeing my family again, lol. Hopefully the longer I do this, I'll get a better routine down and do more/better maintenance more efficiently.

I have 2 10gals and a 2.5 and a 3 and a 56 I'll be getting for Christmas

Two 20g longs. One high tech planted and one low tech shrimp. The former can take some time depending on if the plants need to be trimmed, etc plus the usual maintenance. The low tech tank is requires very little time: weekly PWCs and dropping a wafer or veggie in there 3-4x a week.
