I need help!!!!

Have a free 80L/20G tank at home that I'm currently not using and I was given a electric yellow Malawi cichlids that I have currently placed in my community tank. It is very small at the moment so it's fine. But I want to move it into the 80L tank some time in the next 6 months. So what I want to know is how many cichlids can I keep in it, or any other fish that will co- exists in the tank with the cichlid. Thank you kindly!

Electric yellow lab is from lake Malawi so anything from there is compatible and some other kinds of African cichlids . Plecos also these. I don't know about him in community tank now (had one in it and had danio halfway in his mouth) but he is small. I don't know the minimum size for a lab.
