Looks like a topfin 10. In my honest, yet brutal opinion they're crap.
I can't really tell what's going on in the picture, however it looks like you have some overflow going on, which is counter productive.
I recommend an Aqueon, Aquaclear, or FluVal filter for HoB filtration. I personally use Aqueon. Tons of room for filter media if you choose to make your own.
