Newish tank cycled

Hey everyone, I been putting Stability by Seachem which is a bacteria additive/starter for my 26 gallon tank and I have a pleco with some zebra danis I think they are called. The numbers look ok but I have this kidna scum type stuff on my surface and I don't know what its from.

Any ideas as to what might be causing this? Do you need more info?

a bit more info on the water quality would help a bit and what kind of filter do you have running? feed us alllllllll the info...we love it
