I got a 30 gallon tank and I'm getting it ready to put my fish in it in a few days. I tested the PH and it's at 6. The tank my fish are in now stays at 7 and they are good. So how can I fix my ph level?

Baking soda is an amazing way to get pH back up. Don't use chemical products sold in stores. Also, test you're tap waters pH. You wouldn't want to dump you're fish from pH 7 to pH 6. So just remember, stability is the most important. Also, if you're water pH is higher, changing the water will help the pH go up.

Thank you! I wanted to ask before I put anything in it, even though there aren't fish in it yet .. I still didn't want to buy chemicals if I didn't have to ! How much would you say to fix it ?
