So I looked around for answers on Google and couldn't find any.
In your experiences does changing decorations in a tank that's already cycled cause a mini-cycle?

My tank is newly cycled and I am thinking about changing the way it's decorated. I have a pretty big piece of wood that I bought at petsmart in there that I like but it wouldn't go with what I want. If I removed it would that mess anything up???

I would change some of my other smaller pieces too but was thinking about doing those one at a time so I don't replace things all at once. Is this the best way to do it???

Thanks guys for your advice!!!!

Bacteria is everywhere in the tank, the gravel, the glass even the water but the BULK is in your filter - by far. Replacing pieces of wood or decorations is going to have negligible effect on the tanks cycle.
