Started my cycle FINALLY! How do my numbers look?

That's what I thought about adding stuff, so how much to add to raise it?

Trial & error- there isnt a 'magic number'. I would start with a water change to raise the ph to the taps level, add tablespoon in the filter (in a bag), test ph after 24hrs and go from there.
