Stocking Advice for 29 Gallon

I'm just starting to get into the hobby again after a couple years with no tank so I've got a new 29 gallon long (I think it's techinically a 30 gallon?) and was just looking for some advice on my stocking plan.

1x Angelfish
12x Rummynose Tetra
12x Cardinal Tetra

I'm hoping this would a good easy yet fun sticking plan. It's a moderately planted tank.
