It looks like the color of the anemone. It shouldn't be that white and it looks like its recovering from being poorly cared for at the lfs.

Mine will do that when touched.The tenticals will turn a dirty brown if I bump them. They will also turn brown when it grabs the food I feed it

Aww ok. I had just rearranged the live rock and it was right by him. So maybe I bumped him on accident.
