Candy cane coral question

Hey guys pretty new to the scene got a candy cane that I have had for like 5 months. Having trouble telling if its in good health the picture is a Little bit blue but, the coral itself is a bright green.

every candycane Ive had never seemed to open that full

Yah and I think it has a new head popping up. I noticed that when the lights go out its little feeder teticals don't come out as much as they used to.
