Can someone tell me what this is? Can it kill my fish?

As long as you have the tang in your tank it will continue to get stressed out and will keep getting diseases. Which in turn can cause the rest of your fish. Your tang is recommended to be in a tank no smaller then 180 gallons. I would recommend putting it in qt and finding a new home for it

He's definitely not well but the regal tang is usually the first to pull through it. Don't let this fool you though because before you know it, it will be back and usually worse.

Agree he needs to be quarantined and agree he needs a bigger home due to his size.
