mixed answers about nitrite nitrate

whitch is the worst for coral nitrite nitrare ammonia

a month ago i started a 29g reef tank 2 weeks ago i added a clown and a dwarf angel and some coral told that was fine but not to add nomore for awhile saturday the angel died sunday the candycane died. nitrite and ammonia where 0 nitrate was about 20ppm ph was 8.2 the clown seems to be doing fine the hammer in all the way in and i see what looks to be like white fins around the tube the ammonia and nitrite and around 0.25
the acan is closed up but seem to come out at night some of the heads.

How did you cycle the tank in 2 weeks? A tank that's only running 2 weeks is not ready for fish and corals. If you see ammonia and nitrite you are in a cycle.

You should never see nitrite in a cycled tank. Ammonia is the most harmful, but none of them are good to see if you have corals.
