Pimples on my clownfish

I looked at one of my clowns today and it seems as though he has raised dots on him, they are not white, and are a little faded. I'm not exaggerating when I say they look exactly like pimples, if I was holding him in my hand I'd want to pop them. What are these? It doesnt look like ich to me, they are not fuzzy so I don't believe it's any kind of fungus.

Bumps/traumas, run ins with spiny, stinging tankmates, subsequent reaction/s to netting, shipping, handling, captive stress. Unless these are numerous, such spots rarely portend pathogenic disease, though sometimes are indicative of encysted worms or microsporideans.
Suggested treatment
Improved environment and nutrition; anthelminthic and anti-protozoals if indicated. Adding Cleaner Organism/s may help. (get a cleaner shrimp).
