Sebae Anemone Stuck

My Sabae has managed to get sucked into the filter grate on the intake. It is only a small part that is keeping him in there. Any thought on how to get it out??

Turn off your filter. remove the grate with the anemone on it and put it ona rock on on the substrate. Hopefully his foot is not injured to badly. Do not try and remove it yourself. Keep up posted on the progress.

Thanks for the info. Just got it yesterday and during the over night he got too close to the filter. He is moving around dragging the grate. Thanks again!
FYI the tank is a 20gal long with a skilter and Penguin 330, 65 W PC and 20 watt Florecent. The 330 got him.
