Sleeper goby

Ok so I added two decent size sleeper gobies today but now they're nowhere to be seen. I acclimated them for about 35 mins and they seemed fine but now about 2 hours later I have no idea where
They have gone?

Is this normal or should I be ripping my reef apart?Click image for larger version
