Those chemicals will just help the fish get over the ich, it's still in your tank

Did you read my post or any of the articles I linked on the lifespan of the parasite?
10 days is when you would expect an infected fish to appear better as the parasite drops off and goes to the tank bottom. In a few days there are spores on the substrate which will hatch in a few weeks.

Thanks for that, I will continue to treat if another evidence of it reappearing.
None of my other fish have got it so I am assuming it has something to do with the treatment.
