Baby molly male sick?

I was looking in at my tank and one of my male mollies(that's still in my 10 gal I haven't gotten to taking him out yet) looks like there's something on his tail fin. It's like something's layering over part of it but I can't make it out. It kinda looks like something stained his tail a bit. He's swimming at the top with his dorsal fin down. Any ideas? o.o

Any chance you can get a picture? The symptoms are a bit vague, but I would treat with some melafix. Clamped fins are never a goos sign.

My camera's too crappy >_< He's acting better now and I don't see it anymore, but I had to remove him from the tank cuz baby boy no longer a baby anymore >_<
