Bathroom doodies (see what I did there?)

My bolivian ram has had what appears to be light poop hanging from her nethers that just won't...release? She's in all other ways totally normal, if not even more colorful and less stressed looking. Any thoughts/help would be appreciated!
30 gallon, tank seems to have gone into a new cycle after last friggin water change (so nitrites are not at 0) about to change out substrate in there as I got african sand and it's making the ph high.

I don't know if it'll be possible, but I'll try tomorrow (substrate change happened today, so things are still settling down in there.
